Welcome to Lakeshore Pines, your peaceful retreat in Fryeburg, Maine. Our cozy A-frame cabin is perfect for couples, families, and friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Tucked away in a quiet lakeside community, this property offers a break from the busyness of everyday life. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in our sunny sunroom, or have a meal outside by the babbling brook in our backyard. It's all about finding serenity and enjoying the beauty of nature.
Take leisurely walks by the lake, explore nearby trails, or simply unwind on the deck with a good book. Lakeshore Pines provides the perfect setting for creating cherished memories and reconnecting with loved ones.
The Space
Step into Lakeshore Pines and discover an open living area where you can unwind with loved ones after a day of adventure. Sink into the plush couch and enjoy your favorite shows on our 50" Roku HDTV, or simply soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. Adjacent to the living area is our bright and airy sunroom, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and letting the gentle breeze refresh you.
Upstairs, you'll discover our inviting bedrooms, each carefully furnished for a peaceful night's rest. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, desk, and chair, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. An alcove with a desk and chair provides a quiet space for work or reflection.
Guest access
Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities at Lakeshore Pines. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a unique keypad code for easy and secure entry into the cabin throughout their stay.
In addition to full access to the cozy confines of our A-frame cabin, guests are invited to enjoy the amenities of our lakeside community. A quick 5-minute walk from the house leads you to the association beach, where you can soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the lake, or simply unwind on the shore.
Please note that the owner's closet in the bunk room will remain locked for maintenance purposes, and the fire pit is currently unavailable for use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Other things to note:
Please be aware that the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the cabin, while the bathroom is situated on the first floor. We recommend guests be comfortable with stairs and note that there is no toilet on the second floor.
Air conditioning is available for your comfort during the months of May through September. If you have specific temperature preferences, feel free to adjust the space heaters provided in the bedrooms accordingly.
For guests visiting during the winter or "mud season" (April/May), we recommend using 4WD vehicles to navigate the surrounding area safely.
Due to the rural location, cell phone reception may be limited. We advise guests to plan their navigation accordingly. Additionally, power outages may occur during high winds or inclement weather. While we do not have a generator on-site, we recommend checking the weather forecast before your trip and contacting us with any concerns.
To ensure the security of our properties, we partner with Know Your Guest, a vacation rental guest-screening provider. Guests are required to verify their details within 72 hours of booking. Additionally, the minimum age to book is 25 years old. Guests have the option to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) or pay a refundable deposit ($500) to cover any accidental damage during their stay.

Amanda’s home is just as pictured. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It’s cozy and warm. We were so comfortable. We are planning on going back in the summer to enjoy the lake. Amanda is a great host. She thinks of every detail and checks in to make sure everything is ok.
